🍎 A Whole Apple in Every Dumpling!

🍎 These beauties stand nearly 3 inches tall — about the height of a whole apple! 😲

And that’s because they’re built around a whole cored apple. 🍏✨

Each dumpling is carefully wrapped in flaky pastry, brushed with egg wash, and coated with cinnamon and sugar for that classic homemade flavor we all love. 🤎

Then they’re baked until perfectly golden, warm, and absolutely delicious. 😋🔥

One bite and you’ll see why these bakery favorites never stay on the shelf for long. Stop by and treat yourself to a taste of homemade goodness today. 🍎🥧❤️

🍎 60 Years ~ A Family Tradition 🍑🌽

We’re taking a trip back in time with this original photo from 1966. 📸

In 1966, William Lee and George B. Whitacre purchased Shawnee Canning Co. and moved the roadside market to the front of the factory — officially establishing what became known as Shawnee Springs Market.

The name “Shawnee Springs” was chosen to honor the deep Native American roots and history of Cross Junction, Virginia, creating a name that would become part of the community for generations to come.

Here’s to 60 years of fresh tradition, hard work, and growing together. 🎉

Grow Season is Here

The farm is coming alive with the sights and flavors of the season. Our asparagus harvest is underway, the raspberries are looking great, and black raspberries will be ready before you know it. 🍓🌿

Out in the garden, everything is growing strong. Beans, tomatoes, peppers, and many more crops are taking off and soaking up the spring sunshine. 🌱🍅🌶️
